Step 1: Access the Waiver Form
Click on the ‘Start Waiver’ button to access the online waiver form. Make sure you have all necessary information ready.

Provide accurate information including your name, date of birth, and contact details. Anyone 6-15 will need a guardian to fill out the waiver first and add a minor. 16 & above will need to complete their own waiver.
